# Etsy + Printify Revenue Engine

Created for Frezer / Aetheris Innovations.

Goal: launch fast with products that match existing strengths: Christian media, command prayers, provocative reframes, local-business AI systems, and printable/digital assets.

Important: this is not a guarantee of sales. The fastest path is to publish a focused first batch, test demand, then iterate daily based on views/favorites/orders.

## Immediate Strategy

Use two lanes:

1. **Digital products first** — no fulfillment, instant delivery, higher margin, faster publishing.
2. **Printify POD second** — shirts, mugs, posters, journals using the same slogans/designs.

## First 48 Hours

1. Connect Etsy + Printify.
2. Publish 10 listings from `first_batch_listings.csv`.
3. Use the specs in `printify_specs.md` for product type, colors, pricing, and mockup direction.
4. Put $0 into ads until at least 10 listings are live and SEO is complete.
5. Every day: publish 3-5 more listings, improve based on Etsy stats.
